PROJECT – BROOKFIELD
The scope of the project was to create an outdoor living space that was going to become the feature of the home and draw the family outside. The busy owner wanted to spend his time enjoying the pool and not maintaining it, thus a Paramount in-floor cleaner and automatic pH testing systems were the only logical answer. The chosen pool area has a huge catchment of falling leaves, but the pool is always spotless thanks to the never-failing cleaner.

A classic pool designed to seamlessly blend in with the magnificent heritage Queenslander and stunning landscaping. This pool and property is a hidden gem in the centre of the city and gives the owner the most magnificent oasis to enjoy at their leisure. Complete with a Pentair EasyTouch controller, the pool and spa can be operated from any location via iPhone. The pool is the ultimate in ease of maintenance with a PCC2000 in-floor cleaning system and fully automated chemical dosing, meaning more time can be spent entertaining or enjoying their magnificent pool.
PROJECT – CAMP HILL
This small courtyard pool is a busy owner’s dream. Fully automated with pH controls, in-floor cleaning and an EasyTouch Pentair system means not only is it maintenance free but can also be operated from any area of the house or yard, whether it’s operating lights, heating or filtration. Multi-levelled decking combined with a raised planter box created a three-dimensional finish to the project.

The customer is a horticulturist and project manager, so she was very particular in selecting and choosing a pool builder she could work with and had experience with similar projects. Norfolk’s hands-on approach and understanding of the finish to be achieved resulted in us winning the job. We had to demolish and remove an existing concrete pool and relocate it to another part of the property, and cover and turf the area with soil to provide a level useable area. The new pool required 42 screw piers as it was located on a previously filled site approx. 8m deep and on the side of a steep cliff. The pool is fully automated with the Paramount in-floor PCC2000 pool self-cleaning system that allows the customer to enjoy their pool with no maintenance.
