SELF-CLEANING POOLS
The epitome of pool cleaning, a Paramount in-floor cleaning system means your pool will always be spotless, and you will never have to contend with ghastly hoses, leads or suction noises. It’s a system of pop-up cleaning heads plumbed into the floor, seats, steps and wall of the pool that pushes debris to a collection MDX drain at the deepest point of the pool, then sucked into a leaf canister at coping level.

The customer is a horticulturist and project manager, so she was very particular in selecting and choosing a pool builder she could work with and had experience with similar projects. Norfolk’s hands-on approach and understanding of the finish to be achieved resulted in us winning the job. We had to demolish and remove an existing concrete pool and relocate it to another part of the property, and cover and turf the area with soil to provide a level useable area. The new pool required 42 screw piers as it was located on a previously filled site approx. 8m deep and on the side of a steep cliff. The pool is fully automated with the Paramount in-floor PCC2000 pool self-cleaning system that allows the customer to enjoy their pool with no maintenance.
