This 25m lap pool forms part of this outstanding house, with two underwater acrylic walls linking the pool to the grand entrance and to the cellar. Fully tiled, it also has a larger wading area for the family and incorporates a hidden automated retractable hard cover. Finished with a Paramount in-floor cleaner, this pool is designed for ultimate enjoyment and lifestyle living.

PROJECT – BROOKFIELD

This exquisite property utilizes the slope of the block to encompass both a family pool and large spa. Both incorporate an infinity edge which flows into a 25m lap pool below. Fully tiled overflow walls in black mosaics with a black pebble interior create a more neutral and natural swimming environment, tying into the acreage surrounds. A cantilever bridge is suspended over the lap pool to gain access to a sun deck at the lap pool level.

The client wanted a therapeutic lap pool for rehabilitation; however, soil tests showed very unstable swamp/underground streams. So, we decided to build the pool above ground and our engineers designed a raft pool design.
